TIPS by SIC at State Atomic Energy Corporation «Rosatom»
From February to April 2023, specialists of the Directorate of JSC “SIC” held a course of scientific and practical seminars on TIPS for representatives of Rosatom State Corporation enterprises.
Within the framework of the events, methodological tools of modern TIPS were presented, oriented both at solving production and organizational problems and at forecasting the development of future technology. During the practice-oriented sessions the students had an opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge to the problems solved in their production activities. Since the seminar was attended by representatives of different enterprises, the tasks were diverse: some of them had to investigate the causes of undesirable effects, in others — to resolve a number of contradictions, and in the third — to identify the requirements of influencing persons.
Based on the results of practical work, each team formed a set of ideas, which they presented to their management for consideration.
